Of all the strange places to find a halloween costume, I found Tierney's at Marshalls this week. I hadnt given much thought to her costume yet, but when I saw this one, I couldn't pass it up. As soon as I got home and tried it on her, she started twirling around and giggling...that means we keep it! Here's a preview...
